Sexual Health Lost my Virginity, now he won't talk to me?

So I'm 19 and i recently losy my virginity to this guy guy who's 31, before that he thought I was a slut but once he found out that I was still a virgin, his way of thinking totally changed, even the way he talked to me after that.. he was being sweet! The next day, he messaged me and asked me how im doing, we talked for a bit and then he said that he has to go to sleep. I texted him the other day, he was very blunt and eventually stopped responding to my messages, now he just won't talk to me. Can anybody here please explain to me why he's acting like that? What am i supposed to do?
