I don't get what sensitivity of nipples has to do with sexual orientation? I am just not very sensitive there.
Someone once told me that only gay and bisexual men can enjoy nipple play and i said he had to be wrong that its the individuals nervous system and how it connects to the brain and how each brain interprets it just like different kinks or pain

They are sensitive but not sexual. I don’t like them messed with. I was with one girl who kept trying to bite and suck them. I kinda tolerated it for a minute, hoping she was just on her way down, but eventually I had to stop her and let her know.
