9 44Judging by your pictures, I prefer A. B just looks too big, and fake too. They look like triple F's. The biggest size I tend to find attractive is a DD or E cup. Anything bigger just looks over exaggerated and fake. A looks more natural, and her butt is certainly big, but not over exaggerated.

I would take the girl with great bj skills in a heartbeat, all other things being equal. The truth is if you are ONLY looking at boobs, yes big firm boobs are better. But men want women, not just a pair of boobs, so even though a girl might have small boobs, she can have other attractive qualities that make guys go for her.
