i can not say who is more knowledgeable What I think the one who is more curious is more knowledge that can be men or women the one who is more explorable in it.

Women know a lot more about male organs because they're easily available , they get to see it quite often very easily and males is less complex than female parts. And female parts are kept hidden, are more complex.

In real life, I have just seen my husband's male organ, but still I feel am knowledgeable about the male organ
