I remember a study where people were connected to a brain-scan while looking at different kinds of pictures. Most men reacted with disgust to male homosexuality on the same level as seeing maggots - including those who said they are rather tolerant. Interestingly most women didn't.

It's fine, I really don't give a what 2 dudes are doing alone together. Like, it's just not something I think about. And as far as the people who actively dislike gay people, well they're more than likely closeted self loathers and can't be comfortable with their own sexuality, they're thinking about it a little too much.
