More than half the girls selected MFM. This has always struck me as much rarer in real life than MFF or FMF seem to be. But it's clearly a popular choice.
So what's the appeal, and why is it not happening more if it's popular? Is it one of those things that works better as a fantasy than a reality?
I'm asking as a guy who isn't interested in participating, but who is curious about what's driving this.

It's not as popular because guys often complain about doing sexy things with another guy in the room.
That's also what I think, and I feel that way myself. What's behind the appeal, though? For men, MFF is aesthetically pleasing, but I have the sense that this doesn't play much part in MFM's appeal to women?

I think it's rather obvious. It is silly however, because there are many women who would talk down about the idea of a threesome but speaks a very different tune at the idea of a threesome with two guys pining for her attention. Agree with the attention aspect. But I have seen many more men get all excited when they hear the word threesome, then become adamantly against it when they hear it's a MFM. Not a FMF.
