Did he cheat?
note: he's never used a condom to masturabate before from the time I've known him. So this is not likely reason.

If you all have a long distance relationship. It's a chance that he will have sex with a woman. Most women stay faithful because we are raised that way. We believe in happy ever after. It's nonsense. Men are raised to roam and lie. They love with their eyes, not with their hearts. You might be the one, but he still want extra on the side. Women tend to let men know that we can't live without them. Never love a man more than yourself. That is stupid. He don't belong to you. You don't belong to him. Even if you all were married. It's just a piece of paper. You are still not related by blood. Make yourself happy. Life doesn't always revolve around a man, but it's nice to have a man in it.

I've had the opposite happen. A girl I was dating but not in a relationship with, invited me to her place again the 3rd date and by the end of the night, we go into her bedroom to have sex and I found a condom wrapper clearly from someone else just laying in the bed. It wasn't cheating but still fucked up, especially since she made it seem like it was somehow my fault afterwards.
I'd say yes, he is cheating... because you are long distance and he needs sex. Long distance relationships aren't real relationships.

Probably not. There are lots of reasons it could be missing and if he was cheating he'd probably use more than one. He could have just lost it (happened to me and my girlfriend thought I'd cheated). He could have used it to masturbate and not told you. He could have given it to a friend. He could have used it as a balloon for an project :P

I think I'll ask my girlfriend for all of her social media account login info, set up cameras at her place and interview her friends. Nothing controlling about that.
If you're comparing noticing a missing condom to setting up cameras in another person's home, you may as well not try.

There could be a number of reasons why there is a missing condom. Only way to find out is to ask him. Of course this will make you sound crazy in the process.

I know the sound of using a condom for masturbating sounds strange when you picture typical masturbation (with your hand). However, I've masturbated before using a Ziploc bag, filling it with lube, and going to town between some pillows. I don't have condoms available, but I'm sure they would work even better if I did.
It's possible that he does the same thing.
There could be many reasons for this that don't involve him cheating. Unless you have reason to doubt him (besides this), then I wouldn't worry about it. You could ask him and see what he says if it's really bothering you that much.
