  • That's a lot of cleavage, but I think his emphasis had more to do with his assumptions about what you'd be doing clubbing, than with what you're wearing per se. He probably thinks you're gonna become the next Casey Anthony or something, or that you didn't marry him because you want to grind dance as many other dudes as possible until a third of them are begging you to take them to bed.

    Also, the problem with a dress like that, is how easily it's removed. He's half convinced you're going to be flashing anyone attractive who prompts enough, especially if drunk.

    Clubbing, in his mind, is you prostituting yourself to the world, rather than making things work with him. By that line of reasoning, that makes you slutty. But he's making a lot of assumptions about what you do when clubbing. And it sounds like his assumptions are fueled by jealousy.

    For the child's sake, you should try to put his mind at ease, and not reinforce his fearing of the worst via your behavior. Putting a further wedge between you and him is not only selfish, but will hurt your child.

    He may be out of line, but you're guilty of stuff too. Take a little responsibility, and accept some consequences. He'll respect you more, even if only begrudgingly. Whatever you do, don't give his arguments any ammunition.

  • In today's environment, Clubbing means you were out for some fun. Girls take time to get ready to look their best for a reason, they want men to find them attractive. They even like to make sure they show a little "giggle" to make things even more appealing.
