My best friend keeps flirting with my girlfriend. What do I do?

I love my girlfriend more than anyone in the world and I'm extremely overprotective of her. She's the same for me. Before we were talking, I had a party at my house in July and she was there and so was my best friend. I liked her and she liked me too and we both knew this. She got too drunk and decided to lay down upstairs. While I was cleaning my best friend went upstairs and started hooking up with her and fingered her. When she realized what had happened she cried for two hours on the couch and sincerely apologized cause she didn't want to do it. I forgave her.
Sorry I know this is a lot. My best friend is in a relationship of 7 months but he doesn't get any sexual satisfaction from it so he wants to end it. I guess you can say he's sexually frustrated and he gets pissed off when my other friends and I talk about sex. So since the incident in July I've been very skeptical of letting my girlfriend and best friend hang out, I don't trust him. So last night my friends and I got invited to my girlfriends house and we took separate cars. My best friend got there before me cause I had to get gas so my girlfriend answered the door in her bathing suit cause we were going in the pool. He whistled at her and was like "Hellloooooo" and then inside he kept getting touchy with her and staring at her boobs the entire time. Then the weirdest part was he asked her to lay on his butt and she walked away. Then he said "I hope (Me) walks in and sees this". What do I do about this? This isn't the first time he's acted flirty with her either.

1. STOP using the terms "best friend" and even "Friend" on this guy... unless you are the hippie commune, free/share sex type; he's ALL about himself and cares NOTHING for you or your GF
2. You & especially your GF can NO longer associate with this guy; if you must avoid the others as well, then so be it
3. In the future, learn that you DO NOT discuss private sexual affairs with friends/anybody. Are you trying to whet their appetite to try/do what you're doing & to whom? Are you selling something? No? ... Oh, YES you are!

Of course he hopes you see him being bad and dump the GF literally & figurative in his lap. JERK

Wow seriously clearly he isn't respecting her or you as being together my guess he's done that kind of behavior before why would she want to invite him in the first place based on past experience!! Your friend is a loser who takes advantage of girls! Who's to say you guys get In a fight you tell him about it then he decides to go over to her house because he knows where she lives and tries to get her to break up I mean don't want to get stuff rolling in your head...: but really if I were a guy and a friend did and said that kind of bs I would not him anywhere near her

Honestly, if I were in that situation my husband would knock him out not caring if it was his "friend" or not. Obviously, your gf is upset and uncomfortable with your friend, maybe keep them separate?

you confront him. frankly it doesn't sound like a very good friend so I'm surprised you consider him a best friend but just confront him.

Explain that what he's doing isn't cool and if he keeps it up don't invite him to do stuff when you're gf is around.

Ok well he doesn't hold you in very high regard apparently. If you want to try and salvage whatever relationship you have with him then you need to sit him down and lay it on the line and tell him to knock it off or you guys aren't friends anymore.
