It baffles me that you think they are small. Where did you get that idea? Did somebody shame you or something?
I remember a high school girlfriend once telling me that her girlfriends said if their breasts were large enough to hold a pencil in the under-crease, they were large enough. I agree. At the same time, I've even seen absolutely gorgeous breasts that were so extremely perky and conical-shaped they didn't form deep under-creases.
It is also said that more than a mouthful is plenty. Yours are certainly more than a mouthful. They are a feast.
32C is average or slightly above average size. Think about it. They are between A and DD+. They look large and full enough to extend out into space and wobble. That size is just large enough for a guy to cup the underside in his hand and squeeze. They have the most perfect shape and amount of movement when dangling below you, as when you are on your hands and knees.
In actuality, I think 32C represents the feminine ideal. I'd like to encourage you to stop obsessing about how to improve on perfection. I haven't seen the rest of your body, but your boobies are absolutely adorable, delightful, delectable, tempting, eye catching and alluring. You could squeeze them into a push-up bra or bodice and make men feel hypnotized. You're an extremely lucky woman.
Keep in mind that the most important thing about tits is their shape, not their size. 32C tend to have ideal weight, shape and proportion. Larger breasts get pendulous. They tend to be teardrop shaped. They are not perky or pointed. And guys love perky points.
As far as a slight difference in size. That's common for every woman. Men neither notice nor care. Believe me.

Just try a push-up bra or bodice and you'll see what I mean. You've got more than enough to work with there. :-) A lot of women are under the mis-impression that just because men notice big boobs on women when they are walking down the street, that they actually prefer big boobs. It's not true. Big boobs are just more noticeable. Men might ogle and say "Oh my God!" but you'd do the same thing if you saw a naked guy with a 14" cock. You probably wouldn't want to fuck him, though, and you certainly wouldn't use it as a basis for choosing him for a partner. I'm telling you. Your boobies are the perfect size. You need to start taking pride in them. Here's another thing. Some of the hottest celebrities and Pinterest models have the same size or small boobs than you.

I think I just found my doppelganger. I'm 5'4, and I wear a 32C barely, and when I say barely I mean my left boob fits the cup meanwhile my right boob is at least a cup smaller. I am in the same boat as you girl. And to tell you the truth, I hate having small boobs, especially since they are uneven but I can't do much about it unless I go through surgery to get implants, but that's a pain in the ass tbh not only is it expensive as heck but if the implants (depending which one you get) pop your screwed plus you have to get them replaced and the healing process sucks, or so I've heard from people I know who get then done. But.. for help with confidence I'd prefer wearing add a cup push up bras from Pink and they help me get a lift. And for when it comes it dating, "All guys like boobs no matter what size they are." But in all honestly, it shouldn't matter what a girl's breast size or butt size, it should be about personality and mindset on what everyone should look for in someone. I hope this helps girl! okay, I have to say we're the same size. You don't need to compare yourself to other girls' breasts. Even though I want bigger breasts and compare mine to others. Did you measure yourself correctly? Some bras have weird sizes and all that is why I'm saying. My cup size is a B and band 34. Or maybe I'm seeing things differently. I could be wrong.
