He seems to have some kind of control problem. He wants power over you. It sounds like a very unhealthy relationship, and his problem in itself is very unhealthy for him. Things could get worse or more dangerous for you.
I'd recommend ending the relationship right away, for your own emotional health and physical safety. If you want, you can suggest to him that he seek therapy for his issues. But only make that suggestion if you don't have to be afraid of upsetting him.
It's one thing to be sexually submissive or dominate. I think that's fine. But to be submissive or dominate outside the sexual context is another thing altogether. That's not good. He's being domineering and controlling outside the sexual context. Red flag! Danger, danger! Abort, abort!
You don't just turn into a different person in complete opposition of your personality when you have sex. The two are correlated.
@Chico_brah Maybe you don't but I sure do. I'm submissive in the bedroom, but not outside of it. I want to be dominated in the bedroom, but not outside the bedroom. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think many women if not most women are the same way as I am in that regard.
