From the graph, around 1 in 3 (likely higher due to men lying about their virginity) men are effectively incel. What, if anything, should be done to combat this.

For those imagining this wouldn't be a problem, you're absolutely delusional. If you think single, frustrated men are going to study, work, pay taxes and support other generations at anywhere near the same level that men with families do, you're dreaming.
If you think some of them won't be prone to violence, you're dreaming. You can literally track crime rates over time based on the single adult male demographic.
If you think lots of them won't be drawn to radical ideologies, you're dreaming. Big groups of angry disaffected and single young men are staggeringly disruptive.
Do I think women should be forced to be divided up by these guys? No I do not. But I bet some of them do! And the more of them there are, the more that sort of illiberal plan could come to fruition. If we want freedom, we need to figure out as societies how to help a lot more of these guys become successful adults who are integrated into broader society, or they will not only be miserable themselves, they will cause huge problems.

If that slope is ever increasing we could find more than half of the male population completely dropping out creating a tremendous economic strain. If it gets to say 60% I can see this whole thing collapsing unless working women like paying their fair share of taxes to keep the welfare system afloat. We see the homeless expanding rapidly and this? Working women, work hard. The taxes you pay might save all of our asses.

Problem today is that more people has twisted expectations about what the other gender personally "owes" them. Feminazis expect men to bow down and be submissive to women. Some hardcore incels expect the state to intervene and "assign" females to them. Damn near everyone expects their partners to be "Instagram-Perfect" in looks, money, lifestyle, etc. Social media distorts people's expectations across the board, and so much of it is staged and faked and not at all sustainable to actually live the way life appears on Instagram all the time. Of all the problems, social media is probably the worst. I see the young kids today already lost in their smart phones and snapchat etc. They're addicted, and that addiction is gonna fuel even more lack of social skills and social awareness, which means more boys will grow up not knowing how to approach girls in a way that invites reciprocal communication and flirting. And girls will expect boys to have the "Instagram Lifestyle" and anything less will mean instant rejection. As a 90s kid, I fear I could be part of the last generation to know what it is to actually communicate with other people without needing a screen in palm of one's hand.

I posted this on your other question, but I think the best short-term solution that can actually be done easily is legalizing prostitution and NOT REGULATING it besides prosecuting scammers. Ideally, there would be more cultural acceptance of it too. Legalization with little to no regulation would make the market more competitive and drive the prices down while also making it safer (less likely to get busted, scammed, robbed, etc.). This would in turn cause men to be less thirsty and make women have to compete more to get into relationships with guys because they would have easier access to sex. And for guys who are incels because they are truly just totally unattractive, they could still pay for it cheaper and more easily.

I do not have any suggestions, other than to help such young men realise that sex and relationships with women are not as advertised and are highly over-rated. Women are not worthy of the effort, expense and legal liability that are incurred in interacting with them.
