If that’s a consistent thing not a one off thing, they’re likely going to have major relationship issues over this. At least one is going to be consistently unhappy - either not liking the sex or feeling unsatisfied. Not to mention at some point some other person else IS going to want what the dissatisfied person does and that’s going to be super tempting.
