The only one I've never tried in there are whips. Some are netter when uaed together. The collar plays a mental trick. At first, you don't feel as vulnerable when your wrists are cuffed to it, bc your hands are so close to your face that you feel like they can protect you, even though they can't. Also, there is a psychological effect of having your wrists cuffed to the collar hook behind your head, bc it forces your elbows to point straight up, emphasizing just HOW VULNERABLE you are.
