Revenge on the rapist?

I was date raped, it left me broken. My rapist only spent two weeks in jail because he was a minor. He was let out, due to lack of evidence. He lives less than a mile from me in a small town. He duck taped my hands, He tore out my hair, penetrated my mouth, vagina, and anus with his fist. All the while screaming at him to stop, I turn to the many minds on the internet. My question is this. What are the best ways to get back at him? Since the goverment will not give me justice.
