If she is a genuine trans person then by all means but otherwise no.
You can't really do it, at best you would be an approximation of a male and that's not counting all surgical complications and other problems caused by the transition. Honestly I don't know why a woman would want to be a man because women have it way easier than men, and if she did transition she wouldn't even get the few advantages that men do have like strength or the ability to father children into old age.

Nope, it can't be done anyway. Gender in humans is determined by DNA. Specifically the presence of absence of the SRY gene typically found on the Y chromosome. The practice of medically affirming someone's delusions is medical malpractice of the highest order and any medical professionals that engage in this, which is done solely for financial gain, should get life in prison without the possibility of parole.

If you believe something that is clearly false, that is referred to as a delusion. For instance if I believe myself to be a cat. That would be a delusion. To believe that you are a woman when you are actually a man is also a delusion. To believe that you are really fat when you are actually quite skinny is another delusion in the body dysmorphia category. The treatment for delusional thinking is therapy and not surgery. You don't treat the body for a disorder of the mind. Just like you don't treat the mind for a disorder of the body. Why is it that everyone who surgically transitioned is now permanently sterilized? Including those who have transitioned back?
Then what I need is therapy I haven't done surgery. I look like a man but female under clothes
If you are struggling with gender dysphoria, then yes. But be careful with the therapist you see. A lot of them have bought into the idea that surgery is the right treatment option. Good luck.
