Sexual Health Should Christian girls masturbate?

I am a Christian girl myself, but I just get a lot of urges and to help relieve myself, I masturbate frequently. I used to watch pornography, but I've stopped that now as it doesn't help my predicament. But I'm asking other Christians whether it's ok for me to masturbate to relieve myself and to stop myself thinking about sex constantly.

what we think is good and bad now is completely wrong. Like
When did we start eating for flavor instead of nutrition? When did we start praying for money, a big house and a nice car instead of in gratitude for our health; ultimately life itself? When did we start having sex for pleasure in lust instead of for reproduction and pleasure commited to that one person in love?
There is a curtain that dropped that no one pays attention to; instead blindly accepts it.

I see nothing wrong with it, though I wish Christians would start asking questions as I did, many things we think in the church are not biblically valid, after all the bible is mute on masturbation, many Christians do it, and there are a plethora of benefits. as to whether or not Christ did it, I don't think anyone bothered to write down whether he did or not, I don't think it matters anyway. Christ never did many things that we are allowed to do, I never heard him taking a wife but that doesn't mean that marriage is wrong, only that he never married.
