I have come to really love the appearance of a bare hooha. They are just adorable. A naked cleft is as cute as can be. And labia that are waxed as shiny smooth as a women's chest seem like the epitome of femininity.
I absolutely understand what a hassle and discomfort it can be to remain hairless down there but I appreciate women who do.
I have always liked glabrous women - those who have fine hair and little of it. I love shaved legs and arm pits. I love women's soft, silky skin in general. I think it's a shame that humans haven't evolved to the point where body hair on women doesn't occur naturally. It serves no purpose.
There is nothing wrong with a cute patch of fluff above a woman's cleft, especially if the hair is light colored. But hair is really unattractive when it spreads all the way across her pelvis from thigh crease to thigh crease and starts growing down her labia, spreading to her groin pits and up the crack of her ass. It doesn't look good, especially from up close. And licking it isn't enjoyable. Nobody wants a mouthful of hair. It's not particularly fun to search through underbrush to find buried treasure.
So, neatly trimmed is fine. But it's important to keep certain parts totally smooth. That's just me. Different guys have different preferences.

You should do what you feel comfortable with. Although it's not uncommon that girls shave their pubes, it's not something you are required to do. If you preferred a different style, that's good as well.
As a man, I like it when my girlfriend keeps her pubic hair. But other guys might prefer a girl shaved. It really depends on what you, and perhaps your partner (although you're still young, so not sure if you have one) prefer.

Hair itself isn't something gross. As long as you wash your pubic area regularly, it's clean. With or without hair. There is no wrong choice. You can try different styles and find out what works best for you. It's hair, it will always grow back and you can always shave it. You don't have to choose just one style. Every style has its pros and cons. You might prefer something other than your friends. Grow a full bush, trim it, shave a landing strip, shave everything off... You have many possibilities. Try out different things and see what makes you feel most comfortable and what suits you best.

Nature gave you pubic hair for a reason. You have hair in your nose to help filter the air and keeps a lot of crap out of your lungs. Ever work in a dusty area? All that dust gets caught in your nose hair and mucous and you can blow, or pick, it out as boogers. Your pubic hair performs a similar job as keeping crap out of your vagina. Once removed lots of stuff can possibly get in and cause infections or result in ingrown hair. You can also sit on that proverbial toilet seat and get pregnant. J/K It also serves as natural lubricant for moving parts. Have you noticed that girls who shave seemed to have their twats color change? As with any skin the more it rubs the thicker and tougher the skin gets to handle the friction and rubbing and that causes the skin there to darken more than normal. That is one reason girls feel they need to bleach their pubic area. The more you mess with nature the more problems may arise. Trimming is not a problem, but shaving as smooth as a little girl is ill advised. But some girls feel that they need to shave it bald to attract guys, But, are you attracting guys or would be pedophiles? Just don't complain that it itches or you get vaginal infections when you shave your coochie as smooth as a baby.

There is absolutely no medical reasons whatsoever to tamper with pubic hair.
As a matter of fact, body hair serves very specific purposes.
1. It keeps dust away
2. It acts as protection
Even doctors find no valid reasons to remove any hair.
It is not because a few Hollywood bimbos and the porn industry present it as standard to live by that people should follow like sheep.
Nature and evolution gave humans a brain. Use it instead of just acting brain dead and do like the others do, just to fit in.

My boyfriend doesn’t care or even sometimes prefers 2 weeks worth of hair vs stubble (cause apparently short stubble irritates his face if he’s going down on me). I still shave 1-2x/week because it feels ‘fresher’ to me.

Reasons I shave/Nair smooth:
- to not show when i am wearing a bikini or lowrise pants/shorts
- coz it is fun to shape/trim it to look interesting and sexy.
- coz a lot of guys like a woman smooth or trimmed coz arouses them!
- Most guys don't like giving a woman oral sex with hair down There.
- Some guys get off on "young" looking girls.

There's advantages and disadvantages to shaving Brazilian style and just keeping your hair there. If you choose to keep your hair you'll have less infections, if you have sexual intercourse you won't feel as much pain, you'll only have to trim, you'll less likely have a hair ingrowth and blisters, etc. If you choose to shave you'll be at higher risk for infections, hair ingrowths, and blisters (disinfect after you shave to help with this). You can also try waxing or laser. You might be a little bit itchy, you won't have to scrub as much and be easier to keep clean. That's about all I can think of right now.
It is completely a matter of personal choice. It is entirely up to you, some people like to be smooth others are quite happy to keep a natural jungle. Just do what feels right for you and what you like.
Personally, I prefer trimmed to clean shaven. Just kept tidy, y'know?

Do what you want. Be aware that shaving can cause a higher risk of getting infections like thrush. Hair is normal, if someone doesn't like it then they need to grow tf up.
For me i like a full blown bush if kept clean I don't know if this is true or not but I think there's a reason to have hair where we have it I know for our nose it's a filter system I believe for down there it's kinda a. Protection from dirt dust or what ever I think. It's a choice make your own what ever it may be lead don't follow

Not safe or clean to shave it completely off. Much easier to get STIs and other infections.
For me I use to shave it but would cause crazy yeast infections so now I trim or let it grow out.
