Should I believe a guy if he says he has no STD's?

Before you have sex, if a guy says that he has no STD's, should I trust him and have sex with him anyway just because he says he's "clean"?

Most people aren't tested for hsv and there is no test for hpv in guys... So he could not know. Use condoms until you're ltr and think it's worth the risk.
