There sure is. Except that this is my last semester at college and if I fail this fuckin' subject I'll only be able to take it again next fucking year's second semester. If this shit happen I'm gonna have to spend an extra year not being able to apply for my Master's.

If he was the one suggesting it inform the other staff first then act on it. The moment he touches your clothes call them in and your grades will be the least of his worries. After that the other teachers will probably help you with the grades.
Teachers generally are willing to help with grade problems i your willing to learn. Just talk to them about the subjects you find hard.
