14 20I respectully disagree with the other gentleman's comment. In my opinion I feel like it's showing more by being willing to have a part of your body removed in order to please your guy. I think it shows commitment, and ambition. Plus, my fiance just fakes the gagging sounds cuz she knows I like throat noises lol. She can take about 90% of it down, and I'd be pretty damn happy if she removed her tonsils and choked back the remaining 10%. I say go for it. Be all you can be.

Surgery helped me. I didn’t go in to remove tonsils for this reason. I actually needed them removed. I did have a uvalectomy at the same time and I believe this is one key difference why surgery has worked so well for me.
Im almost embarrassed to share publicly however there are not too many guys i cannot completely swallow in and YES they like it, and YES there's a little bit of gagging still due to blocking the airway when a guy 7” long is down my throat. Not the same as gagging far as reflex more so its going to long without a breath. Also, around this same time I had another surgery that expanded my trachea. It may have helped with girth.
I have been told many times that the texture of my throat feels very good and for this reason many guys will grab my head and hold me down so be mindful of trade offs. Depending who it is I may, or may not care. There is something to be mindful about and that is they can release very fast and projectile ejaculate, so if you’re not prepared he can squirt into your airway and this isn’t fun.
So to answer whether I’m glad i did this well it was a big bonus I didn’t think about.
