Those are two of the better and bigger sites. The first one you won't get paid for. The second one might pay you. I would suggest though try writing romance novels with lots of steamy sex scenes so you can sell them through a self publishing platform like Amazon without breaking their rules.
This would work best if you have read a few romance novels.
I have written many adult stories and posted them to ASSTR. org. I have not tried to sell mine due to their being of a very niche nature and so such a small readership that I doubt I'd make much from it. I have a very small but loyal following. If your work is of a more mainstream nature you should be able to monetize your writing if that is your goal. If you just want to write for fun then ASSTR. org is a good choice.
Adultconfessions. com is also a good free website to post stories. You'll want to write in first person there.

Writing style is important with erotica, it needs to flow add in suggestion and be something you can picture in your mind.

Also following a conversation with someone on here, actually getting someone to give an honest review is hard.
One of the links above mentions this with review sites, avoid those that only give good reviews, critical reviews is what you need.
The reviewer needs to understand nuances in written English, if they don’t they can’t really review it.
@paolaa988 also consider audio erotica, that’s often an easier route for some, but you do need to story board it.
