Two guys have been confused, somehow. The question is if a 20 year old and 15 year old should be able to have a legal relationship.

Let's see. What does a 14 or 16 year old know of life? The world? Pretty much nothing. Few to no responsibilities, etc.
What does a twenty year old know? You'd hope, unless stupid or lazy, they've at least had a job. Had responsibilities.
It's like asking is it okay to have sex with a child. Take off a few years and they're 12 or 10 after all. And 14 and 16 years old are, in many ways, due to the lack no different than 12 or 10 year old.
I like underaged girls. If one hits on me, I won't refuse. I think 14 year olds are completely capable of sexual consent. Clearly they can consent to sex with each other, so I don't get the rationale used. Sex is sex. Doesn't matter the age.
That depends where you live. When I grew up here 14 was the age of consent. It was since raised to 16 with a near age exception, as long as the older partner isn't an authority figure. The exception for 14-15 year olds is within 5 years so a 15 and 20 year old would literally come down to whose birthday was earlier.
I don't have a strong view between the old laws here and new ones but I think older age cutoffs are unreasonable. The court system is a lousy way to try to prevent 17 year olds from having sex with people they want to.

It used to be younger because of people getting married younger. And also all over Europe and and rural areas. I dont know why they changed it. If it was already set.

Too many 16 year old girls get pregnant every year and it about screws up their social life for the rest of high school unless they can get their Mama to take care of the kid while they go back to school so they can sext guys in class and work at getting pregnant again.
So get them better for a control and in training for it we don't instruct the kids that until they're in high school that's way too late the beginning of Junior High's when they should have instruction on that type of matter unless you're going through puberty there's no surprises

If this 15 years of teenagers brain is ready for that so its will okey and I can't see so many age just 15-20 so if teenager can select what is true what is not I think this is must legal this is about his brain
yes it should. After all, they keep telling us to trust the science. Well, the science in this case clearly states that females mature at a much faster rate than males do, yet they keep pushing bullshit that if a girl is 17 1/2, she's too young to understand what she's doing and therefore it's all the guys fault if he happens to be older than that. They sure as hell ain't trusting no science when they made this bs societal rule.
