Should women hold out on sex while dating until a man commits to a relationship?

My personal opinion: if a man likes you he likes. It don't matter rather you have sex on the first or the last date. If you hold out until you get into a relationship how will you know if you two are sexually compatible? I think you need to be all around compatible.
What do y'all think?
Dumb idea to hold out on sex to keep a man around. If he likes you he likes you regardless of how soon sex is intitiated

I don’t think it really matters. If the lady wants sex then she doesn’t need to withhold but if she’s not concerned about sex and really wants the emotional side of things, she doesn’t have to put out either.

Guys who wait , wait forever and get friendzoned. While the girl always goes for another man. It’s not worth it , waiting is fine for one or two dates but longer than that means girl is only seeing you as a future redemption option

I used to think this way too, and TBH, part of me still does. However, I got burned by waiting until a relationship to have sex, only to have the guy make it official and then bounce a few weeks later, so it's definitely not a foolproof way to go about it.
Waiting, however, WILL probably weed out the majority of guys who only want one thing. Most guys will move on to an easier prospect. Plus, waiting to have sex gives both you and the guy time to determine if you actually like each other and build a bit of a connection, which will lower the chances of a guy leaving after sex.
