My brother was in a relationship for 10 months until he finally broke it off. He told me it's cause his girlfriend could never orgasm and that made sex frustrating and depressing. He now has a new girlfriend and not only does she orgasm every single time they have sex, he can time it (delay ejaculation) so they both orgasm at the exact same moment.
