  • Vascetomy or hysterectomy. That will ensure the one who gets it will pretty much be sterile for their life. Although there are birth control shots and IUDs that don't make you permanently sterile. My sister has an IUD because her other medications deactivate birth control pills and the shots aren't safe for her. Also the guys she dates won't use condoms.

  • IUD is another possibility for birth control. Mirena if she’s ok with hormones, the copper one if not. A depo shot is another option but is hard on the body.

    Otherwise you’re looking at permanent options like getting tubes tied etc.

  • Shouldn't y'all know this answer by know... Dont have sex!!
    They make diaphragms (a female condom). She'll have to go to her gyn to be fitted properly for one but when used correctly they work BUT nothing is completely safe.
    You could also have a vasectomy or she could have a partial hysterectomy even then pregnancies can still happen.

  • Foolproof way? She gets her tubes tied, you get a vasectomy. That way if one isn't 100% you've the other as a fall back. Don't expect kids in the future.

  • No. Unless one of you is sterile ANY AND EVERY form of birth control carries a risk of pregnancy, even the pill or contraceptives. Pulling out while reducing the chance of pregnancy is not a guarantee either as precum has sperm in it as well.
