So my boyfriend will be turning 21 next week and his friends wants to take him to the strip club. I was happy for him and said he should definitely go, I even searched strip clubs that was near by. But he said no because if he goes he will be cheating on me. Is that really true?

I honestly won't be jealous because at first I thought maybe he didn't have enough money and as a birthday gift I was going to give him some money. I understand now, I'm asking this question to understand about strip clubs and cheating. To me doing sexual acts like kissing or giving bjs or hjs thats cheating. But going to somewhere like a strip club, and knowing that where I live they don't get naked, and you can't touch and I'm okay with him going but he doesn't want to and after reading everyone's opinion I understand.

I wouldn't consider it cheating unless he got a lapdance or did something more. In the end a strip club is just looking, kinda like porn, but live, and less sexual.
That being said, I don't think I would ever go to a strip club, it's not my type of thing. I love naked women, obviously, but I feel like a strip club is an environment where there's little to no respect, and that makes me uncomfortable. It's like that at every strip club. They are usually within line of sight unless you pay for a VIP dance which his friends will most likely give him as a treat. It's just a lap dance though. I wouldn't have any issues with my girl going to a male strip club. That's just me though.

Personally I wouldn't consider it cheating if my girlfirend or boyfriend wanted to go to a strip club. I'd have no problem with them going. If they didn't want to or if they considered it cheating, I'd probably try to reassure them that I didn't think it was and that it was totally okay with me if they went. But in the end it would be up to them. I think it's kind of sweet if they are so dedicated to not cheating they won't even go to a strip club.
Cheating is to do with intentions. If he is going for the novelty aspect of it then no if he is going to genuinely get a boner from a naked women while feeling her up... then obviously yes
