So while you're making out and you're rubbing his bulge, either over his pants or underwear, the big thing is to make sure his dick is vertical. It feels the best that way. Any other orientation and it's just uncomfortable. Over jeans you'll have to feel around for it and be sure to rub lengthwise along with it.
