I am now and always have been a boob guy. It is one of the first things I notice about a woman.

That being said to be honest it depends on the woman's figure.

While I personally like bigger boobs, double Ds on a 90 pound 5' 0" woman would not normally look good to me.

For most women with an average figure, I like to see a C to D cup normally.

You have no idea how bra sizes work. 'Double ds' on a 90 pounds 5ft woman would be small. For example, Ariana Grande is a 26DD/E and I don't think anyone would consider her boobs big.

Google isn't a bra fitter. Google any celebrity's bra size and it will be incorrect. When you consider that 90% of women wear the wrong size, this is not surprising.
