So I would say that if you have a healthy sex life both people orgasming and enjoying THEN DONT ADD A TOY. From personal experience it ruined an otherwise healthy sex life I had with a women we added a small personal bullet to our otherwise awesome sex life and it made her dependent on it to finish and then after awhile she could Only finish solo with it,,, I'm better than average equipped , and can make love for hours if desired , but couldn't get her again after that stupid thing,, but if it already doesn't work screw it spice it up , but if it ain't broke dont fix it.
