@slatyb Well dumbass, humans are not like other mamals. You see unlike other animals, human are born COMPLETELY helpless. Hell we can't even turn over on our own. Out of the animal kingdom we take the longest to mature sexually, even longer than elephants. Humans can have sex as soon as they sexually mature, but unlike other animals they don't automatically know how to raise their young out of instinct. As time went on prior to the 20th century people gained more knowlage. Therefore realizing under the age of 15 as women are less likely to be physically developed enough to sustain a healthy pregnancy or to give birth. For girls aged 15–19 risks are associated more with socioeconomic factors than with the biological effects of age. Risks of low birth weight, premature labor, anemia, and pre-eclampsiaare connected to the biological age, being observed in teen births even after controlling for other risk factors.

I don't know how to put this into words but it allows a person to keep their innocence. Innocence and shyness should be cherished. It also allows a person to have something to discover in life. For example: a girl who lost her virginity in her teenage life will not as excited but as a 21 year old virgin will be more excited. She will enjoy that aspect of getting butterflies in the stomach, blushing, feeling shy, heart beating faster, a person is much more passionate the first time. It is more special the first time and it is more special if it is done with one person in a lifetime.

I was never sexually active as a teen. The most important benefit for me is that I was mentally and emotionally mature as a person, I don't act on impulses and always try to make the right decisions because I had learned from other people's relationships I witnessed closely countless times.

By sexual do you mean "sexually active" or just "sexually attracted" and the biological bit? Because for the former it's no pregnancy but for the latter probably nothing.
