I don't give it much thought, and don't know too many people who are supposed to be in that kind of relationship.
I feel that reproduction between blood relationships is wrong because of the genetic problems offspring would have with related parents. That's not fair for the children involved.

Its obviously something to it or else they would not have created a highly successful series of movies 23 sequels. in the 80s and 90s called Taboo.
