The girl with the smallest size breasts seems to have the most contented expression on her face. I'm not sure what the meme creator is trying to say by that. I believe all breasts are wonderful regardless of their size and shape. I realize women with large breasts can sometimes have back issues but apart from that situation I would hope women would accept their natural breasts as they are and love them.

It's very inaccurate. You can't go by cup sizes alone. DD can be very small, small, medium or large - it depends on the band size. Victoria's Secret sizing is extremely off, I wouldn't recommend it.
