Birth control pill and condoms in the early stages of a relationship.
Currently none, because we are working on our first child, but prior to that, we first used condom pill, then only the pill.

I mostly meet women who have their tubes tied. I think in the last ten years only my recent ex had a functioning gal parts. We used the rhythm and pullout method. Outside if her, condoms even when their tubes were tied. Don’t need anything a shot can’t cure...

Natural method in relationships
How does the implant or the injection one work? I mean what do they put in the body?
Implant is 1 or two match stick sized rods that slowly release progestin. It lasts 3-5 years. The shot lasts 3 months and also contains progestin. Progestin is a synthetic form of progestogen. It basically changes the texture of cervical mucus which sperm doesn't like.
The Implant sounds better, since it lasts long.
I had pretty bad side effects from it on my last year
Do shots have less side effects?
Unsure I've never tried it myself
