Guys feel exactly the same things as girls do because the signal to the brain to empty the bladder comes from the nerve terminations in the bladder itself and not in the penis or the urethra.

For the urinary system to do its job, muscles and nerves must work together to hold urine in the bladder and then release it at the right time. Nerves carry messages from the bladder to the brain to let it know when the bladder is full. They also carry messages from the brain to the bladder, telling muscles either to tighten or release.

There is strictly no difference between the genders.

Depends on how badly you need to go, if the bladder is full I can feel it and will usually get a little bit of tingling in the shaft and tip of my penis and in the testicles. But for sure a lot of the time when I'm sleeping and wake up to pee my bladder kind of hurts as it's full and I tend to sleep on my stomach.

First in my penis. Even though the bladder is where the pee is. If it goes a while without being relieved, it will start to push on the bladder and that can begin to hurt.

For me it starts in the bladder and can lead to the feeling ending up at the tip of the penis. If I'm being dumb and being lazy about making it to the restroom. XD.

I feel it in the tip of my penis, even though the urethral sphincter is much further back towards the bladder. I think its just the mind tricking us that way.
