I think this may be partially true. If the genitals are not clean, it can cause cancer in the partner. However, the most important cause of laryngeal cancer is smoking.

They can show anything causes cancer. And what is the baseline risk for throat cancer for people who are sticks in the mud and don't do oral sex?
