Sexual Health I am from Philippines and as I Previously asked a question about My Mom's issue with those Guys who tease and harras her, Mom Runs a Grocery store ( which is only Source of her income) in a Cheap and Shabby part of the Town, there are a Gang of 25-30 Guys Who sells illegal drugs and That Gang have Nexus with Policeolice too.
Unlike other Philipino Women, Mom has got huge boobs and she gets lots of unwanted Attentions of those Guys, they often tease and Molest her on the way, When police didn't help her much, then Mom is trying to sell her shop and buy New Shop on a better location of the City but it will take Couple of Months because it's expensive, So Until Mom relocate her Shop, She needs to wear something that could make her boobs looks Smaller, People have Suggested for her to wear Sports bra or Minimizer bra or Chest binders with loose clothes, She is trying to do this but issue is that, those Guys have a big Gang and 4-5 Guys have already seen her and they had torn her blouse and bra off So those Guys know she has big boobs, So even When Mom is trying to wear tight bra and loose clothes to hide them, it works and help her with other Guys of that Gang but it is not helping with those 4-5 Guys Who have already seen her, When they see Mom, they get to know that she is trying to hide her big boobs by some Specific bra, What she Can further do here for those 4-5 Guys?
What Further Can She do for those Guys Who have already seen her?

thanks for your opinion, i don't know what is herpes? but i am not sure spreading rumour of her disease would help, because there are 4-5 Guys who continuously teasing and Molesting her So they know much about her, Now Mom has started wearing tight Sports bra and baggy clothes but Still it's not helping her much because they already know about her big boobs size, but it would be better if Mom could avoid getting attentions of other Guys of that Gang who don't know much about her.
Well if the police are doing nothing, you have no choice but to move out, maybe if you have experience you can help her with the work until she moves so that she don't go there very often, or try to look for anyone with experience to replace her until she moves, even if it costs, anything is more acceptable than she's being harassed on regular basis
Does your mom have anyone that can walk with her? Strength is in numbers.
thanks for the opinion, Neighbors don't want to involve into this matter because those guys are Criminals, So there is almost No one who can go with her, Only i go with Mom on weekends ( when i don't go to the college ) but those Guys also thrashed me badly and threatened me to kill if they saw me Next time with My Mom.
I would really advise her not to walk near them alone. Maybe someone can walk with her.

Thanks for your opinion, Yeah hiring a bodyguard is a option but because of Financial issue, Mom can't afford it, She already trying to arrange Money to relocate her shop to a better location.
Try being with her at the shop and get your friends who might be able to arrange for some sort of help in terms of security?
she can't do much since they know she has big tits and no matter what she'll wear people will harass her. maybe she should try to avoid them big time or try to find a way to leave the store safely. Like when do they harass her typically? if it's like when she closes her shop maybe close the shop and stay in later to avoid them. or maybe if you have enough money you get can get her to take a taxi home. if you can't maybe try getting guys to walk with her so she's protected. Those Guys have a big Gang and there is No fixed time When they can Come, Most time they tease and harras her on the way to Shop or When She Returns back to home, Mom has big boobs from the beginning So she gets lots of attention of Guys, Now She has started wearing tight Sports bra to make them looks Smaller but there are 4-5 Guys in the Gang who already know about her big Size So She finds it difficult to hide her big boobs from them, Also Those Guys tell this to other guys Which causes more troubles for her, She is trying to arrange Money to move her shop to other place but At the Earliest it may take Couple of Months, She has bought peeper spray for her safety but Not Sure how effective it Would be because those Guys always come in Groups, I don't want Mom to fight back with them because it Can be dangerous, last time She tried to resist and fight, it made them more Aggressive and they had ripped her blouse and bra off, So it's a difficult situation and time for her until She moves to a safer location.

My opinion is get a body guard or get married. If she gets married her husband shouldn't go for what they are doing and take care of them quickly. Otherwise get a body guard to get those guys off of her.
At this point, she needs a gun. A gun, made, a knife whatever. But she needs something, they're only growing more violent and she needs to protect herself as best she can. I feel for you guys. First also ask your mum to keep alarm on her, keep it safe in a way they can't snatch it. If she uses it they might get startled and leave her alone when people are around.
Can talking to their families and shaming them be an option? Can going to gang leadership might be an option. Many gang frown upon such things as they don't want such negative attention from people.
Have you tried talking to your local politician or mayor? Anyone connected in that area that might be able to talk to police? What about local news/newspaper if your mum and other women in similar situation can make some noise it will force police to act. What about any local women's organizations, they might even be able to pressure police and politicians.
Has your mum tried other people around her, tag along with them as a group, or maybe get a lift from someone. Only other alternative is renting the shop until your mum is able to sell it.

Yes I understand very difficult what your mum has to go through those low lives harassing her. I know you said others are scared to intervene, but they are probably harassing other women too. Maybe your mum can talk to them they can all walk home together with other men accompanying them. Its a long shot I know but maybe. You could try local Church they might be able to help in some way, police might be willing to listen to them. Only other option I can think of is if your mum can find a new job somewhere else while she puts the store for sale. Who knows how long that might take. At least she'll be safe. Try to get filthy and smelly so as to avoid people around her. Become like a person that everyone stays away from. Try to find some time when those guys are not around. Yeah, dealing with those Criminal Guys is dangerous that's why usually no body want to intervene into this matter, Even there are Some other shop owners, Mom tried to get help from them but they too are Scared of them So they refused to intervene, Even at that day when those Guys tore her blouse and bra off even then they didn't try to help her.
