Most recently i had that with a sexting partner i met online. She was shaking for most of it and at the end of the story made a huge mess in her room as it had been that intense for both of us.
So to sum it all up its not a certain action that really screws it up. Its the incompatibility causing both to go in a different direction making it awkward and boring for both. When you are compatible i dont see it happening and as long as you know each others desires, turn ons, turn offs, fantasies and limits the piss off moments can be avoided entirely.
