In my own experience, the only men who think like this are the ones who haven't had any for probably years and can't help getting turned-on when they see someone wearing a skirt anywhere above the knee, or a tight-top, so they get all frustrated and p**sed off that the girl was effortlessly able to make them so horny. Case in point, a couple of months ago I went to the supermarket wearing a denim mini-skirt, bare legs, trainers and a t-shirt. In Malaysia quite a number of women wear the head to toe outfits with just the eyes showing. But they put a lot of effort into their eye make up and will hold eye contact with you. Even with hijab women are exhibitionist too the degree they can be.
