There's really no such thing, because it's largely relative to the girl overall.

But, if you're proposing a fairly average girl - say 5'5" and 120 pounds, you'd be hard to go wrong with a 34C. This would describe Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Lawrence, for example.

Most guys really aren't all that particular about size, though. What's more important to most guys is that they're natural, and it's generally better if they're firmer/fuller for their size.

As a breast man, I must say, I have decided on 36DDD, also sometimes called an F cup, as being the ultimate breast size, for me. I'd also accept 38DDD (a little smaller) and 34DDD (a little perkier). It's as big as they can get on a non-heavyset woman without being ridiculous.

I'm not too picky. Perfect depends on the woman i'm looking at and her particular look. Hard to say one size fits all. I could even say a really flat chest would still be appealing to me, if it suited the body.
