Abstinence. I will go with the copper IUD when it's time. It has zero hormones. Due to my heart condition I'm only allowed to use IUDs that are progestin based, so I can't take the other types of birth control. And tbh the IUDs made me psycho😆

None right now. I was on the pill before but it messed with my mood. Honestly the whole thing is pretty weird, changing your hormone levels unnaturally... And now lots of them get rid of your period.. how is that good in the long term? Periods are natural. Personally i don't feel like there's enough evidence on long term effects of these meds to garuntee they're safe

We use condoms now. I had an implanon for a year, but took it out early due to full face of acne, depressive feelings, extremely low libido and vaginal dryness. The depressive feeling caused by that thing was so bad I considered cutting it out myself. But yeah, there was no point of the birth control if the low libido functioned as a birth control itself. Removing it was one of my best decisions this of this year
