Are fullback underwear childish?

Fullback underwear is not childish at all. What you prefer is what you prefer, so rock it.

I tend to prefer thongs, g-strings, and Brazilians (halfback or 3/4 back coverage). I haven't worn panties with full back coverage since 2013.

I don't know if I would say childish. But I don't find that them attractive. I actually like boy shorts/cheeky underwear, or thongs/g-strings of course.
