It can be a multitude of things tbh.

you might hear her voice, detect how lovely it sounds, hear her sing.

You might see her walking, notice the poise and confidence she has, that walk dancers have…

The colour of her hair, the clothes she wears.

Her smile, the sparkle in her eyes, her laugh,

how she interacts with others, watching her, seeing just how kind she is, how much she helps people.

how after talking to her, they seem happy, infected by her happiness.

Then you get to talk to her, maybe your eyes lock, maybe your souls recognise each other.

It’s often a lot of little things, not always visual, we have other senses, smell - her perfume, Sound - her laugh or accent etc, Touch - accidental touch and a spark between you both,

Then there is that complete unknown, where you know them and did not really notice them, then something happens, they do something etc, and then it’s Wham! You REALLY notice them for first time.

She's actually responsible and can actually can take accountability for her actions and mistakes she's made instead of making excuses or blaming others for her own problems in life. That alone would probably reduce 99.9% of women out there.
