What's the line between bi-curious and bi-sexual?

I am either bi-curious or bi-sexual, luckily I have a best friend who's confused about her sexuality too so we both decided to see where our "relationship" will go.
It turned out that we do like to kiss and cuddle a lot but we don't want to have actual sex together. We just want to keep it soft and romantic and we like to stay far away from lust. We just want to be in love, that is, together.

Would you people on here consider me bi-curious or bi-sexual?

Bi-curious is 90% of women. Bi-sexual are less than 3% of women. If you don't want to have sex with your friend you are almost certainly bi-curious. Most girls your age explore their sexuality; guys on the other hand explore their sexuality before puberty. It is the one aspect of maturation that happens in guys before girls.
