Because there's no benefit to having a child before at least getting a highschool diploma. Nowadays college is more important than it was, but college isn't really for everyone, regardless of how smart they are. It took me and my cousin 10 years to graduate, my sister 7.5, and another cousin didn't even go. I have two more cousins, but neither have graduated from highschool yet, so we don't know what will happen with them.

Some people just don't like the idea of someone else already has been with their partner, especially in a sexual relationship.
Some people are completely alright with it and don't mind a high body count.
Some people can accept a few body counts, but too many will lead to mistrust.
Everyones is allowed to have their own standards, and if the body count is one of them, and you do not like that, then you may need to seek another person. I get why both sides have their reasoning, and at the end of the day, whether you like it or not, it's just something you have to accept.

OK so I’ll give you in general every 10 years your body goes through the change and every 10 years your body breaks down to slows down for girls I think it’s after age 26 for guys after age 30 you will lose your youthful cells that means it gets easier and easier to get fat out of shape low energy and etc. the answer for all humans is the same fruits and vegetables nuts and seeds sunlight and exercise and lots of fresh air very basic but 95% of people will not do it
