  • Off to prison bitch.

  • Prison time

  • I think they should go to prison. They're willing to send someone to prison for something they didn't do. They should go themselves

  • Definitely jail time nothing less than 5 years.

    • Too lenient. The exam same sentence as the man would have gotten

    • @up_64 5 years is a long time.

    • Not if your intention was to jail an innocent man for life.

  • They should get what the other person would have been charged with. And the person who was falsely accused gets the charges droped and cleared.

  • Jail time big time.

  • I wish it was an eye for an eye more so then jail time.

Watch them get humilated and suffer just like the man had to do.

  • We can all sit here and talk about what punishment a woman that falsely accuses a man of rape should receive but the matter of the fact is, as of right now, they get off as if nothing happened.

My cousin was falsely accused of rape and sexual abuse. Guess what? When it was proven that she lied about it, she barely got any sentence. She got off free. And that is what usually happens.

  • Put `em in jail!!

  • They should recieve same sentence or even worse than people convicted of rape

  • Jail. Simple.

  • Forced into a public gang banging. Actually tied up in the street for any horny passing stranger to bang her to fulfill her lying twisted fantasy.

  • They should be placed on the sex offenders list. Face 3 years in jail. They should get the same treatment as a real offender

  • Jail time, but nowhere near as much jail time as someone who rapes someone.

    • Should be the same amount of time- considering they were going to subject that person to it.

    • @VaIiant well, you're not physically violating someone or causing them deep emotional trauma xx ~ Mrs Manson

    • Im not factoring in emotional trauma to the fact someone falsely accused of rape loses their job, family, house, and life, and is subjected to their life in jail. You think that deserves a short jail time?

  • Death sentence

  • Blatantly false claims $250000 fine but cases where maby maby not but but there isn't enough evidence to prove in court nothing

  • Burn alive

    • Realistically, go to jail or heavily fined

  • A bit of Jail-Time for False Accusation?

  • Pave over their vagina in concrete. No, not really.

Enforce laws on the book for Criminal Fraud, etc. and Civil Torts/ Punitive damages to those falsely accused.

  • Same jail sentence that was possible for him, has to register as a false accuser so any future accusations will always have that come up, and has to pay him any money that he lost (from losing his job, legal expenses, and any harassment he gets in the future since many people will always assume he is guilty no matter if he was proven to be wrongly accused or not).
