They should get the same punishment as a male teacher who fucks a 16 year old student. Which is pretty severe the few times it has happened.

If he was underage for that, nothing should even be considered...
And I think it should be in contact not allowed to do it, in case he is right age for it..
It is in some contacts, that you are not allowed to do it with customers or colleague.

First off obviously they should be fired from their job as a teacher hands down.
Secondly they should register as a sex offender as everyone who commits sexual rightly should.
Thirdly they should serve a sentence in jail/prison as according to the severity of the crime.
