When I found out my boyfriend was cheating on me, because my friend saw him on a date with another girl in our town. After seeing the video she took, I didn't break up with him just yet. I made a bunch of fake tinder profiles. And made him fall for all these different girls and then i wouldn't show up for the dates. So he was getting stood up. Or I'd make him reveal stuff about himself like his dreams and interests. Then would just talk shit about those things. Sometimes I'd insult him on stuff too, like "based on your hobbies I can tell you are really insecure"

My thinking was, if you are gonna cheat on me. I'm at least gonna make damn sure its not gonna be fun for you.

After about 2 weeks. And 15 girls later I called him out for cheating. Gosh his face was hilarious.

I’ll answer this how I answered a similar question some days ago. I kicked two of my exes in the balls when I found out they were cheating - they didn’t know I knew, so I just pretended like everything was ok, and when they weren’t really looking BAAAMM!! I kicked them in the balls my brutally hardest - and I have a black belt too - so they were both devastating kicks! When I was young and love-struck I caught my wife cheating twice. Came home earlier than expected and there she was, busy in our bed. Two times. My brain couldn't process what was going on. I never confronted her. She wouldn't stop. I eventually got divorced.

Revenge? I know it hurts but I don't think we have the authority to take revenge or punish another person. If we don't like it, leave. It hurts... oh I know. The betrayal is gut wrenching.

You're in a relationship, they broke the rules, the relationship is over or needs adjusting. Noone has the authority to take revenge on another.

Why revenge? I just walked away in the past.

Except... One girl I had moved to FL with, she cheated on me several times, so I just left her at a gas station and drove back home to the north (we had stayed at a motel a while, that was only paid to end of week).

I did at least tell her why before I drove off and left her there crying, but she was extremely remorseless about the cheating, so I had to be the same about the leaving. It didn't feel good. Revenge never does really satisfy and you become a monster extracting it.

Just walk away.

Revenge doesn't solve anything. All it does is prove that the cheater wasn't the only person with issues, by bringing you down to their level. It can also impact future relationships, when they find out that you're the kind of person that does that.

I'm not going to enter into a relationship with a person that is willing to do those kinds of things, because what are they going to do to me, when we have a disagreement over something? No thank you.
