When I looked up the definition of  appreciate,  I found: Recognize the full worth of; understand (a situation) fully; recognize the full implications of. But that doesn’t sound like that’s what he’d mean in that sentence.

For me it would mean appreciating the aesthetic beauty inherent in the body, the same way I can find nude men to be aesthetically pleasing. And fining a nude body to be aesthetically pleasing can be separate from finding it sexually attractive. I can appreciate how a woman or man looks nude while still having no desire towards them. Does that make sense?

I would say to want to look at a Woman's naked body, Inside I appreciate her beauty and admire her with real love but not with lust or any sexual thinking that is too overrated, where are the Men that do appreciate the beauty of the naked Woman without lusting and wanting sexual desires for her now this is something to think over?

As a female, I'd simply assume he's a heterosexual male who notices how well she's made, how much exquisite beauty there is and how his "desire to procreate" would kick in because her body ticks off off the mental boxes of my mind which kicks in arousal. This can be slightly different from one man to another, but for the most part, I'm assuming this is how it works with most heterosexual guys.
