Got a one hour massage once in Peru with two women masseuse after working a 45 day straight rotation at high altitude. It was awesome. I went to my house and slept for 16 hours straight. Never had a massage with my clothes on actually.

I've only been for a few, and I never took my boxers off.
On a related note though, once a woman came onto me halfway through, rubbing her crotch against me, and it completely freaked me out. I was not attracted to her, and it was genuinely traumatic. I was sobbing to my girlfriend when I described it that night. I didn't have sexual trauma in childhood, as far as I know (a lot of it I've blanked out), but I really understand the whole metoo thing now. I'm a very tall, strong, hairy guy, but in that moment (mostly undressed, lying down etc) I felt so vulnerable and helpless - like I had no choice, like I couldn't leave - which really gave me insight into how women (most of whom couldny fight their way out of situations, or at least might feel like they couldn't) must feel most of the time.

I never knew you could take any clothes off for a massage. If I were to do so I would probably only take my shirt off at most. I will only let a woman give me a massage. Another man is not going to be touching me lol
As far as I remember I remove all of them and it does not matter if male or female do this to me.
I remove everything. Usually when I go for a massage they give me disposable briefs and that's all I wear during the massage.
I have never had anyone offer me disposable panties and I don't see the need for them.
Maybe they don't use it where you go for massages.
Am assuming you are referring to massage place vs. one with your partner (which would be nude) - I guess I've had about 10 massages - mostly when at a hotel internationally - great to do in between two long flights. Pretty sure each time was with just a towel wrapped around my waist and all done by a female. And none of them involved "happy endings" lol - which is another distinction between at home massages :)
I have literally only been to rub and tugs to receive massages. That leaves no guess work if you should be naked or not and boners are actually encouraged there.
